Works great. I bought a cheap satellite meter and did some research online about how to aim it and I was able to set up my dish at a steeler tailgate party.

Even though a set of instructions was not packed with the item (as with many products I have order through Amazon) the seller was extremely prompt anwering my questions and providing the necessqary documentation. Product worked perfectly and I recommend it.

This is a nice little box that works great with DTV. I didn’t pay for the access card but it was because I had an extra nice CSR who waived the fee. It is important that you understand that you don’t own this receiver just because you buy it. Once you set it up through DTV they want it back when your service contract is up.

BEWARE OF DTV Shell Game. When you purchase a DTV box from anywhere the box is the property of DTV. Along with this your contract will be extened for 1 to 2 years. Once again if you buy a DTV box from best buy, online retailer, amazon, your parents or your next door neighbor it is the property of DTV and must be returned to them when you cancel your service or you must pay a fee to DTV. RIP-OFF BEWARE
